Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product please examine all merchandise prior to wear.
STORE CREDIT is the ONLY FORM of RETURN OFFERED by JiL Nic Shops. You must email us at jilnic.shops@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package(s) for return authorization. Please include your name and order number in all correspondence. Once authorization is granted, merchandise must be returned within 5 days or it will not be accepted. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.
JiL Nic Shops has the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the stated requirements.
Original shipping and handling cost are non refundable and the customer bears the responsibility for all shipping and handling cost for their return. Once your return is received we will contact you to confirm or deny your store credit.
For defective items please email within 2 days of receiving your package(s). The email must include a description and photo of the defect/damage to the item.
All sale items are final and not applicable for store credit.
